Customer centric managementis a system which evaluates and certifies whether the activities of the company are reviewed in customers’ point of view and are customer-centric, and whether such management activities are constantly being improved.

Welcron Co., Ltd. prioritizes our customers, and has made its first step of customer centric management in order to increase customer values and customer satisfaction.

In order for our efforts towards customer satisfaction to be consistent and have a strong momentum, it is most important to introduce a new system for customer complain management, and to make it a part of our corporate culture.

CCM provides precise action standards and procedure to our employees when it comes to handling customer complaints, and by establishing an organizational culture that handles complaints voluntarily and efficiently, we are expected to secure trust from our customers and strengthen our competitiveness.
