Melt-blown process technology

Melt-blown non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric manufacturing method that melts thermoplastic high polymers such as PP (Poly propylene), and extrusion spinsthrough anozzle. In the case of complex spinning, it uses two different types of high polymer resins to transfer melted high polymer to metering pump through each extruder, and then spins the high polymers through a nozzle after going through a distributing valve. A non-woven fabric manufacturing process in which high-temperature, high-pressure air is provided to melted high polymer when spinning, and by laminating on the conveyor belt, it is combined with self-adhesive property from the residual heat into a form of non-woven fabric

Possesses excellent tearing strength, tensile strength, and shock resistance by manufacturing human-friendly and highly elastic urethane materials into non-woven fabric through melt blown process.

Moreover, it can be used continuously for a long time since it has excellent rebound resilience and elasticity recovery. Welcron elastic non-woven fabric is more environment- and human-friendly than PVC materials. It is made of fabric materials and has excellent air permeability, which provides a feeling of refreshment to its users and causes little or no skin troubles.
